Date of Offence: April 17, 2018

Date of Conviction: November 20, 2018, at the Cornwall Provincial Offences Court

Penalty Imposed: 15 days in jail and a two year probation order

Background: On April 17, 2018, members of the Cornwall Regional Task Force searched a vehicle and discovered 179 kilograms of unmarked fine-cut tobacco. All tobacco products were seized and forfeited.
